What I do to your phone, on day 1.

Back up, then factory reset.
The reset erases the phone. Read that twice: it is the product, not a setup step, and it is the last moment a refund applies.
Scan one QR code.
Android’s own enterprise provisioning installs the blocker as device owner. It holds administrative authority over the phone from then on. You hold none.
Choose what dies, then set the delay.
The Feeds, adult sites, games, browsers — you pick, and you set how long any change has to wait. Wanting a Feed back stops being a decision and becomes a waiting period.

The only way out is wiping the phone, which is loud, slow and hard to do quietly at 1am. No root, no unlocked bootloader, no voided warranty.
